업무내용

<일반사항> 당사가 공급하는 어린이/유아 영어교육 프로그램을 전국의 고객사(어린이집,유치원,어학원)에서 잘 사용할 수 있도록 고객사에서 근무하는 영어교사분들을 코칭하고 교육 지원하는 역할을 담당하게 됩니다. 보통의 경우 고객사 출장 방문보다는 온라인을 통한 원격 교육지원 및 코칭이 이루어지고 있어, 사무실 내에서 주로 근무를 하게 됩니다. ① 업무범위 -교사와 기관장에게 GrapeSEED 교육내용을 설계된 대로 전달 - 기관 방문 및 교사 지원 이행 - 수업을 참관하여 커리큘럼 및 교수법을 충실히 따르고 학생들의 성취도를 끌어올릴 수 있도록 교사에게 정확한 피드백을 주며 적극적으로 지원 - 프로그램 사용 관련하여 발생하는 문제를 인식하고 해결하기 위해, 교사 및 기관장과 효과적으로 협업 - 교사가 온라인 서비스를 효과적으로 접근하고 사용할 수 있도록 지원 - 높은 수준의 고객만족도 달성을 위해 GrapeSEED 팀원, 상사와 협업 - 기관장, 교사, 상사에게 정확한 보고서 및 기록을 적시에 제공 ② Job Description - Prepare and deliver GrapeSEED teacher trainings as designed to teachers and site leadership - Fulfill all school site visits and teacher support as outlined in the contract - Assist teachers in effectively accessing the GrapeSEED Portal digital resources to support implementation - Maintain active and timely communication with teachers - Provide teachers with clear, concrete feedback on how to increase fidelity of implementation and increase student results - Work effectively with teachers and school leadership to identify and troubleshoot any implementation issues - Work collaboratively with GrapeSEED leadership to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Provide accurate and timely reports/records to school leadership/teachers and GrapeSEED leadership ③ GrapeSEED Core Values -Passion: Genuine care for each other, for what we do, and for whom we do it; and a positive mindset in all we do. -Diligence: The resolve to work hard, applying self-discipline, patience, and perseverance. -Honesty & Willingness to listen, learn, and grow, and promptly learn form and move past our mistakes. -Transparency: Completely open and transparent- about our work, our thoughts, our challenges, and our accomplishments-expressed in a confident and respectful manner, without fear of judgement or fear of failing out of favor. - Respect: Open to others’ points of view, always keeping debate on a factual basis; and believing the best of one another. ④ 주요직무요건 및 우대사항 - GrapeSEED 프로그램 경력자 우대 - 외국(영어권국가)거주 및 외국학위 소지자 우대 - 영어가능자, 영어능통자 - 유아영어프로그램 및 어학원 경력자 우대 ⑤채용조건 및 복지 - 정규직(3개월 수습, 수습기간 연봉 100% 그대로 지급) - 연봉: 42,000,000원(경력인정여부에따라 구체적인 연봉금액은 별도합의) (특별상여금 별도, 퇴직연금DC 별도 불입) - 근무시간: 08:30~17:30 - 4대보험 적용, 생일축하금, 경조사비 지원, 명절 축하금 지급, 매월 셋째주 금요일 가족사랑의 날 운영 (오후 3시 조기 퇴근), 자녀교육비지원(유치원,어린이집,대학교)
